USAC Waivers

Last year (or was it the year before), USAC made a rule requiring a wet signature on a waiver for each race, even if you were racing a series like the Driveway Series (I was racing with Allegheny Cycling Association up at Washington Oval in Pittsburgh, for those who know it). It used to be that one was good enough for the season. Is that (freshly-signed waiver each week) the case with the Driveway Series? I was wondering about bringing a preprinted, signed waiver just to speed up registration. Thanks, Chris
