Andrew, Is it possible to add three or four minutes between the CAT 3/4 and CAT 4/5? Last week those who were doing both races barely had enough time to get from the finish line to the staging/start area before the next race started. Not asking for a lot of time, just a few more minutes to grab another well-stationed water bottle, as the heat climbs through the season.

Totally! In a few more weeks when we have a bit more daylight we'll be letting 5 minutes or so lapse. In the meantime, I can only afford you an extra minute or two right now. I'm not real big on the idea of delaying the start of races to accommodate a handful of guys who want to race twice. I don't think it's fair to everyone else. That said, I hear you, and as I said for the time being I can afford you an extra couple of minutes.

I'd suggest staging your bottles at the staging area. In three weeks we'll have plenty of daylight so it won't matter then.
