The Driveway is open for riding at 4:30.You can come out and do as many laps as you want prior to the first race at 5:30. NOTE: No one is allowed to ride on the track without first signing a release form for the night and paying an entry fee. Now, you may be saying to yourself, well 4:30 is the Progress Coffee Community Rally. Right you are. All that is, is insured track time - open to anyone who wants to ride a bike at the Driveway, USAC license or no USAC license- there's no mass or official start- you just get out there and ride once you've signed up for the night . If you're racing that night, your race entry fee and release allow you to ride the track during the "rally." If you're not racing but want to ride on the track, you have to pay a fee, sign a release, and then you can have at it. As for doing laps between races- sorry, no time. Once racing starts for the night we aim to move 'em pretty quickly. Anyone there last week knows that the 4/5 and 1/2/3 races were staged at the east end of pit lane while the race that was actually finishing was corralled off the track on the west end of pit lane. Excpect the same. Our goal is to have one race rolling out onto the track and starting as the previous race is rolling off the track having just finished.
