If you have a season pass you'll be emailed (today) a pre-populated pdf of your release form. Keep the file all year. Every week you plan on racing, the procedure is simple.

Print it out.
Date it.
Sign it.
Write your bib number on the top.
Write the categories you plan on racing in.
Bring it to the Driveway.
Walk to the front of the line.
Hand it to one of the registration attendees.
Walk off.
Suit up.
Race.
Go home happy.

hey mate - first off..thanks for ensuring a speedy process to guarantee a hassle free registration. Any chance of having a master release form on file for Pass Holders and then having a sheet of blank dates for that weeks sign in, ya know, the cool euro way so I can roll up, find my name, sign, all this while on the bike, one foot engaged. Not too keen on line bumping, I'll save that for the during the race..

That's a great idea. We'll see if we can't implement that prior to tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

First off - I appreciate all the input, it's how things improve - so thanks. After many constructive ideas - here's how we've resolved the Season Pass registration.

All you have to do is show up. We'll have your release form pre-printed for you in a white 3-ring binder that says "SEASON PASS" on it. It will be on a table to the side of registration. The forms will be in alphabetical order with dividers. Simply find your form, sign it, if you're eligible for more than one race, write which one(s) your doing across the top and hand it to one of the beautiful ladies working registration. Just hand it to them. No need to say anything or worry about cutting in line. They'll take care of it.

The only caveat is that this week we are handing out your official bib number for the entire series. So this week there will be one extra step for you - and that will involve us giving you a bib number. For future weeks, you'll already have it, so... you're good to go.

Finally, please make sure you check in with us each week if you are racing. It's a huge insurance liability if you forget and line up without having signed a release.
